Why is my music still on Jamendo?
I have deleted my account on Jamendo but my music is still there. There can be three reasons for this:
Scenario 1: Have you deleted your account just now? You need to wait for at least 24 hours until your profile and music are fully deleted on Jamendo Music. If 24 hours have passed and you can still see them, delete the cache of your browser and try again.
Scenario 2: You might have deleted your user account on Jamendo Music, but you have not deleted your artist account on Jamendo Artist. If that is the case, then your music is still on Jamendo, but you can no longer access your account. Simply send us a request (see above) and we will delete your artist profile for you. Make sure to include the link to your artist profile in your request!

Scenario 3: You have several accounts and have deleted the wrong one. Simply send us the link to the artist profile that you want to be deleted (send a request - see above) and we will delete it for you.
