I cannot upload the artwork for my album

The image that you use as artwork for your single or album needs to comply with three conditions:

• The format of your artwork must be JPG, PNG, or GIF.
• The image resolution should be at least 3000 X 3000 pixels.
• The image size must not exceed 15MB.

If your image does not coincide with these measurements, then you can use an image editor program to change the size or convert the format. You will find many websites that will allow you to do this.

If you have made sure that all three conditions apply, but the artwork is still refused, then please send us a request (see above).

For your request, (a) indicate the name of the single/album in question and (b) attach the artwork picture. We will then try to upload it on our side.

Regarding this banner (under Dashboard) the dimensions are

Minimum length 600 pixels 

Maximum length 3000 pixels
